Classic Way of Healthy Eating: Eat Before Hungry and Stop Before Stuffed

As we know, eating is one of the most important things that we must do continuously in our life. Why must we eat continuously? Because, by eating continuously as suitable as we need, we have an ability to survive in our life. But, many people don’t know how the healthful way of eating is. Moreover, we often don’t care to practice a healthful way of eating. Many of us just take the simple way of eating without considering the essential or the healthy meaning of that activity. Whereas, if we consider and practice a healthful way of eating everyday, it has great effects to our health.

This is a classic way of healthy eating that we should practice everyday to get its great effects: “Eat Before Hungry and Stop Before Stuffed.”

Eat before hungry and stop before stuffed can help our immune system serve basic functions better. While it’s true that we all make blunders sometimes, it seems that some of us don’t have a courage / ability to practice that; because we must be trapped in our daily activities / busyness. We never consider that practicing a healthful way of eating (EBHaSBS) can make our immune system recognize foreign cells and attack them quickly. Moreover, immune system can send white blood cells to the location of an injury to speed healing.

In addition, there is a great disparity between practicing this healthful way (EBHaSBS) and simplifying way of eating. Eat before hungry and stop before stuffed enables our body to always have more stock energy every time we need. It means that; if we always have more stock energy, the biggest possibility is: our activities will be finished effectively and efficiently. Then, by doing every activity efficiently and effectively, we will have higher motivation and passion on any situation or any problems.

Practicing a simplified way of eating couldn’t make us sure it is working or not on healthful, efficiently, and effectively.

The last obvious great effect from this healthful way (EBHaSBS) is very interesting. Eat before hungry and stop before stuffed can make our antibodies grow increasingly. Why is it very interesting? Because, antibodies which increase more rapidly can help our body avoid any diseases clearly as suitable as its capacity (depend on the level of the diseases).And then, probably a high quality and quantity of antibodies can help us solve all of our activities nicely.

Immune system, more stock energy, and good antibodies ; just a small part of the great effects of this healthful way of eating (Eat before hungry and stop before stuffed).In the final analysis, the essence of its great contributions are very wonderful. Because of its great effects, practicing a healthful way of eating (Eat before hungry and stop before stuffed) is vital to everyone’s health.
